Refund & Returns Policy

At Switch Triiio Enterprises, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Refund and Returns Policy explains the conditions under which returns, exchanges, or refunds may be accepted.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase, provided the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required for all return requests.
To request a return or exchange, customers must contact us with their order details. Once the returned product is received and inspected, the request will be reviewed.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed using the original method of payment. Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item supplied by us.
Damaged or incorrect products must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Customers may be asked to provide photos or other information to support the claim.
Products that have been used, opened, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return. Certain items may be non-returnable due to hygiene or safety reasons.
